Denver: The Mile High City
There are hundreds of things to do in Denver and the Mile High City will provide a great backdrop for the 2014 Federation of International Lacrosse World Championship. One of just two U.S. cities with seven professional sports teams (including two lacrosse teams - the Colorado Mammoth and Denver Outlaws), Denver is located exactly one mile above sea with the majestic Rocky Mountains framing the city. For a complete look at what to do, where to stay and getting around, please to go Visit Denver, the Official Travel and Visitor Bureau for the city.
